Silicone Mat (Tray Liner) – 2 per pack

Silicone mat with 24 (1.25" - 1.5") circles for French Macarons. This mat is thicker than most in the market (even the famous made in France ones). The thicker design protects the bottom of the shells from heating too fast causing shell surface cracks or mushrooming.  Works just as well for other baking.
